1. What INeedLeads Does

INeedLeads is a lead discovery platform that helps you find potential business opportunities based on your search criteria.

We provide data and tools, not guaranteed outcomes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using INeedLeads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful business purposes only
  • Not misuse, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the system
  • Not resell or redistribute leads obtained from INeedLeads
  • Ensure your outreach complies with POPIA and all applicable laws

You are fully responsible for how you use any data or leads.

4. No Guarantees (Important)

Let us be clear:

We do not guarantee:

  • Lead accuracy or completeness
  • That businesses are actively seeking your services
  • That leads will convert into customers

If your outreach does not land, that is not on the platform.

5. Free vs Paid Plans

We may offer:

  • Free Tier - limited usage for testing
  • Paid Plans - higher limits and more serious usage

We can change pricing, limits, or features at any time.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g. PayFast)
  • Access to paid features is granted for a defined billing period
  • Once your plan expires, access is reduced to the applicable free tier (if available)
  • To continue using paid features, you must manually start a new subscription cycle via the pricing page
  • No refunds unless legally required
  • Failed or incomplete payments will result in no access to paid features

7. POPIA and Data Use

We take data seriously, but here is how it works:

What we collect:

  • Search inputs
  • Usage activity
  • Technical data (IP, browser, etc.)

What we do with it:

  • Improve lead quality
  • Enforce fair usage
  • Monitor abuse

We do not sell your personal data.

Important:

Leads surfaced on INeedLeads may include publicly available business information. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with POPIA, including lawful processing and communication practices.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this platform (code, logic, design, branding) belongs to INeedLeads.

You may not:

  • Copy it
  • Clone it
  • Rebuild it
  • Or present it as your own

9. Service Availability

We aim for reliability, not perfection.

The platform may:

  • Be temporarily unavailable
  • Be updated or modified

At any time, without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

INeedLeads is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Incorrect or outdated lead data
  • Missed opportunities
  • Any decisions made based on platform output

Use it as a tool, not a guarantee.

11. Abuse and Fair Use

We monitor usage.

If you:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits
  • Share accounts across multiple users
  • Abuse or exploit the system

Your access may be suspended or terminated immediately.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • You fail to meet payment requirements

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of INeedLeads means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
